About
The Full Story
Robin Bennett had ideas of becoming an international intellectual property attorney when she went to law school in Maine. Throughout the course of her excellent and expansive education, Robin developed both a passion and ability for oral argument and appellate work. She founded her own practice in 2009 primarily in the areas of domestic relations, civil rights and appeals. As the practice grew, Robin began to work in the areas of post-conviction work and criminal defense. "While challenging mistakes that were made at trial for clients is always a passion, I found it would be better to stop those mistakes from happening at the trial level," Robin said. Robin honed her trial skills as a contract attorney for the Department of Public Advocacy and as a senior attorney for Suhre and Associates in Louisville before going back on her own to service her community. In fifteen years of practice Robin has been before circuit and district courts across the Commonwealth, from Christian to Clark counties and most counties in between. Robin is admitted in the federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also been on the winning side of published appeals in the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Robin's passion for her work and her clients is as deep as her passion for horses and the beautiful Bluegrass State. Let our experience work for you and see for yourself the difference Robin can make. She is truly a horse of a different color!
